| Abstrakt: | A biography of Linda G. Nelson, president of the National Garden Clubs, is presented. The former Master Judge has been a member of the association since 1973, was the Coordinator of the Hall of Flowers at the Oregon State Fair, and the chairman at the Standard Flower Show held during the Portland Home and Garden Show. She was married to David Nelson, and has three sons. In 1972, she was named Merchant of the Year for her volunteer work with the Keizer Merchants Association. |
