Abstrakt: The article examines the importance of international water treaties to be flexible, relevant, and resilient to address the anticipated impact of climate change. It argues on the need to design and implement structure of arrangements as predictions for climate change are highly correct that could vary in precipitation. It also suggests that these institutional arrangements should balance shared water resources from national and political interests.
