| Abstrakt: |
The article reports the familial pulmonary arterial hypertension (FPAH)-associated fundus changes in a 50-year-old man treated with sildenafil. Autofluorescence, fluorescein and indocyanine green angiography are cited as the examinations conducted to study the anomalies. Both eyes are presented to have loss of vision and cystoid macular edema associated with a flecked retina, and a thick choroid, central serous choroidopathy-like changes with retinal pigment epithelium detachments. |
