| Abstrakt: |
The article reports the follow-up results nine years after caterpillar setae penetration into a ten-year-old boy's eye. The caterpillar setae is presented to have penetrated the conjunctiva and cornea. Attempts to completely remove the setae from the anterior segment and later in the anterior chamber and iris where it migrated are cited to have been unsuccessful. Argon laser photocoagulation is mentioned to have been performed around the setae which continued to migrate. |
