| Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on a study on the role of retinol (RE) in the proliferation of murine male germline stem cells (mGSCs). It states that in the study, test included four groups including negative control group, RE group and RE + LY (LY294002, inhibitor of PI3K). It mentions that the genes expression of mGSCs was measured by quantitative and semi-quantitative analysis and the results showed that RE promotes the proliferation of mGSCs. |
