| Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on a study on the dissemination mechanism of 16S rRNA methylase genes in Proteus mirabilis strains isolated from chickens. It states that antimicrobial susceptibility testing in the strains was performed by the broth dilution methods and extended-spectrum of beta-lactamase genes were detected by PCR. It mentions that the conjugation, transformation experiments and pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) were done to clarify the dissemination mechanism of methylase genes. |
