Abstrakt:	The article presents a speech by Stephen B. Kemble, president of the company Hawaii Medical Association (HMA), delivered to HMA on October 6, 2012 in which he discussed de-professionalization of doctors, fragmentation of the U.S. health care, and need of public subsidies for medical education. He highlights to minimize the insurance plans while health care delivery and suggests to develop a delivery system wherein hospitals and doctors would be paid regardless of source of funding.
