Abstrakt:	The article discusses the court case Pagan v. Abbott Laboratories, Inc. presented in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York in which consumers of powdered infant formula sued manufacturer for punitive class action. It also informs that the District Court Judge held that claims of plaintiffs were not class types, individual issues were predominated and class action was not the right method for resolving claims.
