The article discusses the meaning and significance of alliancing agreement in business firms. It explains that alliancing includes two or more parties to work together to find common goal while sharing any risk and profit. It also presents several features of an alliance agreement including equal liability of alliance members toward the client, to create a no blame culture, and equal distribution of income between all of the members of alliance. |
