The article discusses wonders of aromatherapy. The author has been using therapeutic grade essential oil in her acupuncture practice and many of the oils she uses are ordered from Essential 3 in Oregon. The author's passion for horses has led her to use the oils to improve the health and well-being of her horses. The author believes yarrow is an oil to always keep on hand. Yarrow reportedly stimulates a strong emotional release and has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties. |
