In this article, the author discusses Walter Lilly and Co Ltd v. Giles Mackay and Another court case which was presented in the Technology and Construction Court of Great Britain. He explains that the case was related to a luxury development on a fashionable location of London. He further states that the last date of the completion of the construction work was January 23, 2006 but it could not be completed until August 13, 2008. |
