| Abstrakt: | Information about several papers discussed at a webinar held February 26, 2013 sponsored by Pavement Coatings Technology Council (PCTC) on the role of local government interaction to ban pavement sealer is presented. Topics include the challenges faced in sealcoating industry, tracking of government activities, and the rule making. The webinar featured several notable people in the sealcoating industry who includes John and Bill Walsch of VelveTop Products, and Mike Juba of Koppers. |
