Abstrakt:	The article discusses various issues related to gait abnormalities, including the importance of balance in rehabilitation from ankle injuries. Topics include the effectiveness of kinesiology tape to improve proprioception and reduce pain for ankle injuries, recurrent ankle sprains leading to reflex sympathetic impairment and dystrophy, and the decline in proprioception and toe digital flexor strength in old age.
