The article provides information on the on-road testing of advanced energy storage systems (ESS) technology for the Electric Drive Advanced Battery (EDAB) project to be presented by the Idaho National Laboratory at the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) 2013 World Congress in Detroit, Michigan on April 16-18. It discusses how the battery performance will be measured under both controlled and real-world conditions. It also cites the use of software algorithms in this project. |
