| Abstrakt: |
The author discusses the timber correctional works regarding the malfunctioning of the wooden structures used in the buildings. He mentions several suggestions to overcome the problem of defective woodworking including close checking, fixing of fractured timbers and regluing delaminated timbers. He states that glue laminating for curved timbers will be helpful for the bearing of heavy loads. |
