Abstract: This paper presents a three-phase voltage-regulating circuit design scheme. It adopts IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) as a pulse width modulation control switch device, adjusts signals pulse width of IGBT. It improves the power factor of system effectively, reduces the harmonic components for power, still can reduce the harmonic pollution. By simulation results and the analysis of the voltage circuit, regulating system has a lot of characteristics which of widely voltage-regulating range and harmonic component less etc. [Copyright &y& Elsevier] |
