The article discusses new music programmes being planned by the Royal Opera House (ROH). The programmes are said to be part of plans of musical director Antonio Pappano and opera director Kasper Holten to strengthen ROH despite the tough economic climate. ROH also expressed commitment to establish relationships with international venues and emerging composers. Brief details on operas for family audiences being considered by ROH are also presented. |
