| Abstrakt: |
The article presents information on a study regarding the development of fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay to detect glycoprotein B (gB) gene of pseudorabies virus. Pseudorabies virus (PRV)-gB gene amplified by PCR was cloned into pMD20-T vector and it was used as positive standard. The assay thus developed, can be used for early easy detection of PRV,and for quarantine of import and export of meat products. |
