Abstrakt:	In this article the author focuses on the use of international law for the elimination of nuclear weapons and failure of the treaty on the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons (NPT). He says that the U.S. unilateralism does not have any political, juridical and social impact. He also says that the U.S. and their replacement with reversible and non-verifiable bilateral accords with the NPT.
