Abstrakt: The article studies the analysis of 5-prime flanking region (PFR) of heat shock-70 (Hsc7O) gene polymorphism and thermo tolerance traits in chicken. It informs that Hsc70 cytosolic chaperone system facilitates competing pathways of protein folding and degradation. It informs that PFR of the Hsc70 gene were screened by sequencing 20 individuals from 4 breeds and the adenosine-cytosine site was genotyped by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method.
