The article discusses the court case Bixby v. KBR Inc., wherein the plaintiffs alleged the defendants for negligence and fraud because of the plaintiffs' exposure to sodium dichromate and hexavalent chromium poisoning while working at a water plant in Iraq. The defendants moved a motion for the imposition of sanctions. The U.S. District Court, Oregon partially granted and partially denied the motion of the plaintiffs. |
