| Abstrakt: | The article discusses the terms and conditions of the international sale of bulk liquids involving seller in multiple contracts. It informs that if the parties modify the Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF) terms, serious difficulties can arise for the seller under the sales agreement. It also informs that if sellers are not the manufacturer of the goods, it will negotiate a supply contract with a producer. |
