| Abstrakt: | The article reports that according to a study by researcher Ray Moynihan and colleagues, many people are being overdiagnosed and are receiving treatments which might do them more harm than good. The study has been published in the "British Medical Journal." Diseases for which there is evidence of over-diagnosis include breast cancer, thyroid cancer, prostate cancer, lung cancer, high blood pressure, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). |
