The article presents the author's observations on the future and developments of the journal since it was published. He states that the journal was originally seen as a meeting place for professional journalists and their academic counterparts in journalism. He cites some of the journal's changes which include dropping editorials, endorsing local political candidates, and naming the polluters of local waters. In addition, he notes that the journal demonstrates the value of journalism education. |
