The article looks into different cases that could be encountered by a programming committee leader and suggests ways to address the challenges that may arise in each scenario. A situation involving a late band advises on the signing of a contract prior a performance to ensure that expectations from both organizers and performers are satisfied. To avoid inviting verbally offensive guests, organizers are instructed to review an artist's performance through channels such as the NACA website. |
