| Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on the application of a multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) diagnostic technology for duck viral hepatitis virus (DHV), avian influenza virus (AIV) and Newcastle disease virus (NDV). It informs that three pairs of specific primers were designed and synthesized to develop a multiplex PCR for detecting DHV, AIV and NDV. It highlights that the developed multiplex-PCR can simultaneously diagnose the viruses in duck. |
