Abstrakt: The article focuses on the effect of F and HN genes of swine Newcastle disease virus (SNDV) on Baby hamster kidney (BHK-21) cell fusion. It highlights that F gene from SNDV was extracted by Reverse Transcriptase-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) and SNDV HN genes were synthesized from the GenBank sequence database. It informs that recombinant plastids were constructed from Escherichia coli and were co-transfected into BHK-21 cells.
