The article discusses a court case of Kelly v. U.S. wherein the Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (NJROTC) cadet brought action based on the violation of Federal Tort Claims Act for recovering damages for injuries sustained during orientation visit to Marine Corps base. The plaintiff filed motions to compel discovery. The U.S. district court granted the motions in part and denied in part. |
