An interview with Professor Alberto Consolaro is presented. When asked on his teaching performance and his observation on osseointegration, he replied that he attended conferences, researched and studied it prior to practicing osseointegration. He said that radiation impacts the target area and patients who received antineoplastic chemotherapy experienced systemic effects. He mentioned that bisphosphonates are used for different clinical issues like postmenopausal, osteopenia and osteoporosis. |
