The article discusses the U.S. District Court case Williams v. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., for the Southern District of Florida, wherein putative class action against mortgage lender or servicer and related defendants, was filed by plaintiffs for unjust enrichment and breach of covenant of good faith. The plaintiffs filed motion class certification and the defendants filed motion to exclude testimony of plaintiff's expert. The plaintiff's motion was granted and the defendants' motion was denied. |
