| Abstrakt: | In the article, the author discusses the issues involving the Medium Extended Air Defense System (MEADS) program of the U.S. He defines MEADS as a case study of a weapon system that should be assessed against cost overruns, delays and the lack of any real military benefit. He recommends that funding for the MEADS program should be terminated due to the financial difficulties being experienced in the country. |
