| Abstrakt: | The article discusses the case R. v Blackwood (Romaine) of the Court of Appeal of England and Wales, and presents the comments of author's on it. It informs that the Court has allowed defendant's appeal and quashed his conviction on a count of rape. It also discusses the court case Cross (Patrick Vernon), and it was held by the court that the previous decision to allow the appeal and to quash the conviction pursuant to various sections of the Criminal Appeal Act 1968 of should not be changed. |
