The article focuses on the dispute settlements by the courts in Paraná, Brazil regarding the labor laws and the labor legislations in the state. The creation of the labor legislation by the labor courts of the state was after the equalization of rights of the workers from the rural areas and other areas under the constitution. Information on the memories from the experience of the Labor Court of the municipality of the state called Marechal Cândido Rondon is also presented. |
