| Abstrakt: | The article offers information on the new program that has been initiated by the U.S. government for promoting the development and initiation of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Despite being faced with several challenges, the program has proven to be extremely helpful to veterans. The significance of reverse auction and the access of veterans to federal dollars are also highlighted by the author. |
