The article focuses on the adoption of rational reforms in the immigration system in the U.S. to attain economic growth. It says that the ideas, talents, and hardwork of immigrants can be truly leveraged by the reforms. It adds that failure to adopt rational reforms may send innovation to competitors at the expense of job creation and economic growth. |
