The article describes the case of a 41-year-old male who presented to the accident and emergency department due to a three-hour history of palpitations and mild chest discomfort. Medical examinations on the patient revealed extensive anteroinferior T wave inversion, severely dilated and hypokinetic, and dilated right ventricle. He was diagnosed with arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC). |
