The article discusses the 2011 Scottish Land Court case Hunter v. Tindale which deals with the nation's property laws, alleged tenement building disrepair, and the Tenements (Scotland) Act 2004. Servitudes and rights of way are also addressed in relation to a pend (archway) allegedly located on the tenement building owner's property in the Hunter case. |
