The article features Rajiv Dhar, secretary general of the Indian Aseptic Food Processing and & Packaging Industry Association. According to Dhar, one of the biggest issues in the Indian packaging industry is that many manufacturers do not see packaging technology as investment and would not make the strategic choice of acquiring them. Dhar added that sustainability is also not used properly in India with manufacturers and policymakers attaching their own meaning to the subject. |
