| Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on the teacher being a learner first. The author's ethic of being the most deliberate learner in the classroom arming her for success is presented wherein she attributes it to her undergraduate coursework at Bowling Green State University and to her cooperating teacher. Being in a school district that considers teachers' learning as strength is discussed wherein her county sponsors a Reading and Writing Workshop Survival group that allows teachers to learn from each other. |
