The article discusses the need of developing communication skills in accountant students. It states that because of inadequacy in communication skills, these students may be restricted to certain job positions or may get terminated. It further states that companies have to arrange employee training programs which impacts companies' staffing cost but now companies are hiring students have those basic writing skills, so academic curriculums should integrate communication education programs. |
