The article highlights the insufficiency of the legal base of the natural resources development in offshore Russian Regions to promote environment safety in the Arctic. It presents the measures of legal base oil deposits development which will ensure environment safety of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation in the future. It relates the experience of Russian United Monitoring System programs in line with existing state system of ecological monitoring. |
