The article discusses a presence requirement for foreign satellite broadcasters under Turkey's Principles of Radio and Television Broadcasts (RTUK) law as of September 2012, focusing on the law's impact on broadcasting licensing in terms of television, radio, and on-demand broadcasting. An interpretation of the meaning of the phrase additional content is examined under the RTUK Law and the European Convention on Transfrontier Television. |
