This section offers news briefs related to sericulture training programmes conducted in India as of April 2012. A stipendiary farmers' training programme on mulberry sericulture was organized by the State Sericulture Department at Pakur, Jharkand. The Regional Sericultural Research Station, Kodathi conducted three training programmes on mulberry cultivation and disease management. The Regional Sericultural Research Station, Jorhat, Assam organized a mulberry sericulture training programme. |
