| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses a study which examined the process of DNA degradation in brain and dental pulp cells of mice. The study performed single cell gel electrophoresis assay and professional comet image analysis and processing techniques to elucidate the process. Results showed a decreasing trend in the percentage of head DNA and head area and a high correlation between the parameters and the postmortem interval. |
