Abstrakt: The article discusses benefits of Mediterranean diet and its various recipes. Studies show that a diet consistent with the Mediterranean style of eating supports cardiovascular health improves cognitive function and reduces risk of developing heart disease and cancer. Different recipes of Mediterranean Diet, including Baked Salmon with Sautéed Spinach, Greek Tzatziki and Black Bean Burgers with Kefta Spices are also included.
