Abstrakt: The article offers the author's insights on therapeutic crying. The author states that therapeutic crying is an extreme potent healing experience of processing and acknowledging emotional memories as well as situations in which clients are forced to engage with an incident that will make them feel vulnerable and take them beyond their coping capacity. He relates that facilitating therapeutic crying is not a complicated process since it is better when the therapist done less.
