| Abstrakt: |
This article aims to analyze the relationship between economic growth and the construction industry in Albania. The author makes a brief description of the construction problems during the 20 years of transition. He emphasizes on the state and the role it should play in the construction industry so that this industry should not face anymore the well known problems of the transition period. Building needs rule and planning. These are achieved through urban regulatory plans. The author continues with the presentation of the problems that the hydro-technical construction and road construction industry faces. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
