Abstrakt: The article discusses the significance of the Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) project established by high school and college faculty and administrators in River City, Kentucky. It explores the members and structure of the professional development project, designed to address problems of students' preparedness for college mathematics. Furthermore, it also mentions the activities completed by the project and how it motivates collaboration within and across institutions.
