The article presents the highlights of a series of group discussions held by the Regional Sericultural Research Station in Bangalore, India, in September 2011 to popularize bivoltine technologies among the farmers of Harohally cluster. The discussions provided various programmes and schemes to help sericulturists. K. V. Anantha Raman, chairman of the Harohally cluster, presented various technologies for soil preparation, cocoon harvesting and ensuring quality cocoon crops. |
