It explores how organizational processes like access and promotional patterns help maintain gender distinctions in print journalism, and examines their relation to the newsroom power structure. It analyzes the influence of sociopolitical system on media institutions and the difference of Canada's land mass, population, cultural dualism and corporate enterprise culture from the U.S. |
